# CoH3 Build Studio 3.3.0
## Tactical Playbooks & Community Upgrade

Public release for CoH3 Build Studio 3.3.0. The feature limits documented below still apply.

### Build Order Studio
- A Tactical playbook panel adds a shared chronology and category view. Both use the same stable step IDs and numbering; untimed steps stay untimed.
- Record the purpose, content type, difficulty, language, strategy tags, game patch and author-tested patch of a plan.
- Reorder steps with buttons, inspect recorded costs and follow validation messages to the affected step. Missing producers and incompatible factions/Battlegroups are checked against available metadata. This is not a full prerequisite or affordability simulator.
- Practice the selected path offline with current/next steps, manual completion, pause/reset and a private note. The timer does not read or issue game commands.
- Compare a local build file, or your editor draft against an opened publication. Related steps use identity; unrelated repeated purchases require review. Original files remain unchanged.
- Redo, local Ctrl+S, explicit checkpoints and a restore decision extend the existing autosave. Up to 12 checkpoints share an 8 MiB serialized budget. An oversized individual checkpoint is rejected with a save/export action.
- Focus Mode and 100/125/150% UI scale are available in editor preferences.

### Community
- Results retain the list, filters and search while opening a right-hand dossier preview. Escape returns focus; comment drafts are retained locally.
- Faction artwork and a short opening sequence accompany the strategy summary, author and real engagement counts.
- Filter by six content types, difficulty, language, opposing faction, patch, tags and branches alongside existing filters. Older publications remain unspecified and are not rewritten by browsing.
- Discussion can refer to a publication revision, step, branch, player or tactical timestamp. Opening a comment retrieves the original revision instead of redirecting it to today's step.
- New publication retries use a client nonce. Stale updates fail rather than overwrite a newer revision. The server protects new documents against older clients overwriting unsupported fields.

### Review, teams and coaching
- Plan/replay comparison uses recognized production, research and construction **orders**, never assumed completion times. Missing authored timings stay unknown. Starting squads, call-ins and unsupported evidence are treated separately.
- Manual event alignment is labeled. Export a review after inspecting its privacy preview; personal notes and replay bytes are omitted.
- Team plans can include shared descriptive or timed milestones with assigned players. Resource totals remain separate for each player.
- Coaching scenes support authored pause questions, explanations and optional forward continuation points for each answer. They are saved in the existing scene service and exported as `.cbsanim`. Including a screenshot is opt-in.
- Copy editable diagnostics for a build, unit, map or replay review. No report is automatically sent.

### Preserved
Existing SIDE alternatives, full matchup paths, team map planning, exports, Steam sessions, owner/staff permissions, moderation, weekly scoring, bundled media and all 80 original faction rank badges remain in place. Local editing is available without Steam sign-in; online actions still require server authorization.

### Limits of this candidate
Historical catalog comparison is unavailable: compatibility stays explicitly unknown. Replay coverage depends on decoded commands and does not reconstruct exact resources, health, movement or all completions. Lessons are exchanged as files; direct Community attachment of a coaching scene is not yet implemented. New playbook labels support five languages, but some older Community/coaching text still falls back to English outside Polish. Windows installation, in-game overlays, real OBS capture, actual Steam authentication and production PostgreSQL still need acceptance tests. This is not a claim that every item in the 3.3.0 specification is finished.
